Gita 11.47
(भगवान उवाच)
मया, प्रसन्नेन, तव, अर्जुन, इदम्, रूपम्, परम्, दर्शितम्, आत्मयोगात्,
तेजोमयम्, विश्वम्, अनन्तम्, आद्यम्, यत्, मे, त्वदन्येन, न, दृष्टपूर्वम्।।47।।
(Bhagwan uvaach)
Mya, prsannen, tav, Arjun, idam’, roopam’, param’, darshitm’, aatmyogaat’,
Tejomayam’, vishwam’, anantm’, aadhyam’, yat’, me, tvadanyen, na, drshtpoorvam’ ||47||
(God said)
Translation: (Arjun) O Arjun! (prsannen) being pleased (mya) I (aatmyogaat’) through the power of my yog (idam’) this (me) mine (param’) supreme (tejomayam’) effulgent (aadhyam’) the Primeval and (anantm’) boundless (vishwam’) Viraat (roopam’) form (tav) to you (darshitm’) have shown (yat’) which (tvadanyen) anyone else other than you (na, drshtpoorvam’) had not seen before. (47)
Translation: O Arjun! Being pleased with you, I have shown through the power of my yog, this supremely effulgent, the Primeval and boundless Viraat form of mine to you, which no one else other than you had seen before.
